PLANNING ENGINEER (Based in Pasir Gudang, Johor)

Alexandra (West, Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare progree reporting for management and clients; 
• Responsible for update of the schedule during the project execution and ensure that all potential delays are higlighted to the Project Manager; propose possible mitigations for improvement.
• Coordinate with Construction, Production, Estimating, Fabrication Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Installation Managers, Contractors, sub-Contractors and Vendors with respect to schedules and plans, maintenance, enhancement, control and revision to the next level;
• Attend audit meeting or audit sessions in the event of any external audit for planning or Project Control Procedures;
• Attend Project Meetings and meetings for new tenders.

Requirement:

•  Minimum Diploma/Degree with experience in project planning/scheduling or engineering, procurement and construction work as well as preparing logic diagrams.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevent experience in planning and scheduling in Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical industry.
• Knowledge of PC operating software for project control such as Primavera, PertMaster preferred.
