Responsibilities:
* Acts as focal point for subsea commissioning activities
* Develop the system definition and system commissioning philosophy for overall project inclusive of subsea
* Liaison with Project Engineers, and other discipline engineers, to develop a pre-commissioning and commissioning strategy for the subsea equipment
* Prepare all necessary testing and commissioning procedures and handover & acceptance criteria to be included in the commissioning manual of subsea equipments.
* Ensures compliance with technical standards, corporate and project specifications and procedures;
* Participates in HAZIDS, HAZOP’s and risk assessments
* Plan, organize and coordinate testing and commissioning work of subsea equipments at sites
* Provide consultation and support pertaining to the installation, commissioning and operation of subsea equipments.
* Perform various calculations pertaining to the subsea equipments, if required.
* Attend interface meetings with all relevant parties e.g. subsea installation contractor, operations and, Review and approve Contractor procedures
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Possess technical skills,including comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas process equipment, hydraulics, calibration and pneumatics.
* Knowledge and experience in design, installation and commissioning of subsea topside equipments (e.g.HPU,CIU,EPU,MCS & TUTU).
* Highly skilled in installation and commissioning of subsea units is a pre-requisite
