Capability and Services
Since commencing operations in 1990, OLEA have completed a broad range of engineering services for various clients. Those services include conceptual and detailed designs, feasibility studies, safety audits, design upgrades, major “as-builting” of existing plants, construction supervision, manpower supply, development of engineering software, production of operating manuals and other related services.
